Batch verification guide
A simple process for checking product trace fields, COA availability, and documentation status across a research catalog.
Use the product page first
The product page should show the current title, category, price, stock state, checkout handoff, and documentation status in one place.
If a batch ID is listed, open the related vault record and compare it with the document link or notes before making assumptions.
Use the COA Vault as the second check
The vault is designed as a public index of batch-aware records. It is not a place for private supplier notes, payment data, or internal operating information.
Ask when the state is pending
Documentation pending means a public COA is not attached to the storefront record yet. It is a transparent state, not a quality guarantee.
Editorial review process
Purity Pharm educational pages are reviewed for clarity, claim safety, and source separation. We do not list a medical reviewer until a real, verifiable professional profile is available.
