Returns, withdrawal and complaints
This page explains how returns, withdrawal requests and complaints are handled for orders placed on Purity Pharm. Final company and return address details still need to be completed by the store operator.
Withdrawal period
Consumers may withdraw from an eligible order within 14 days unless a legal exception applies. The period generally starts on the day the goods are received.
Return shipping
The customer bears the return shipping cost unless stated otherwise. Please contact support-pharm@proton.me before sending any item back.
Condition of goods
Returned goods should be complete and, where possible, in the original packaging. Sealed products may be excluded from return after the seal has been broken where local law allows this.
Complaints
If a delivery is damaged, incorrect or incomplete, report the issue as soon as possible with the order number, a description and photos where relevant. We will review the case and respond by email.
