How quickly are orders processed?
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery timing is shown on product pages or at checkout.
Where do I see shipping costs?
Shipping costs are displayed clearly in the cart and checkout before the order is confirmed.
Which payment methods are available?
The checkout shows only the payment methods currently active for your order and destination country.
Can I change or cancel an order?
If the order has not yet shipped, we will try to help. Contact support-pharm@proton.me as soon as possible.
How do returns work?
